Curriculum & Activities:
Every day we strive to make your child’s learning exciting through encouraging vibrant creativity and imagination. Art, craft, water and sand play, stories, role play, table-top activities, messy play are central to a child’s learning. We have many themed experiences for the children each year planned adhering to the Aistear curriculum. Our annual Christmas concert is a good example, which exposes the children to performance based skills.
Additional programmes we offer include:
  • Self-Care Programme: brushing teeth, hand washing, buttons, zips, shoe laces, general hygiene
  • Safety Programme: keeping safe, bullying, who to speak to, what to do when you think you are in danger or uncomfortable. This is done through storytelling, discussion and child-centred activities

We encourage and support all children to participate in as many other adventurous projects throughout the year, acknowledging that young children learn in a holistic way through play and other key experiences. We offer a safe, loving and stimulating environment with reassuringly high standards of care and excellent educational facilities.
